Part 1


Article 1

Article 2   :


(B) Each State is committed to sponsor, on behalf of racial discrimination by any persons or organizations who have been encouraged to adopt and does not defend or support.

(C) Each State is required to sponsor, adopt effective measures to revise local policies and regulations of the country and led to the creation or consolidation and perpetuation of racial discrimination wherever it is, or amend the cancellation or termination.

(D) Each State is required to sponsor, as appropriate, through all appropriate means, including legislative measures to impose any kind of racial discrimination or categories of persons or organizations are prohibited from making and it will end.
